Introduction

“Pharmaceutical technology” is the discipline of pharmacy that deals with the process of turning a new chemical entity into a safe and effective medicine for patients. We investigate the process in which different chemical substances, including the active drugs, are combined to produce a final medicinal product. Our laboratory has carried out many successful studies for the development of new drug delivery systems and eye image analysis. Currently, we are in the process of developing a novel transdermal therapeutic system, and formulations for injections using nanotechnology.
