| 仕様説明 | DARTは励起状態のヘリウムを吹きつけることでイオン化する手法です。前処理の必要なく溶液だけでなく、固体試料からも直接質量分析を行えます。また、TLCプレートを分析することで、TLCのスポットからの質量分析も可能です。イオン源としてはDARTの他、ESI (Electron Spray Ionization)が使用可能です。 ー DART(Direct Analysis in Real Time) is an ambient ionization technique to use the activated helium molecules. DART can analyze samples at various states; gases, liquids, solids and the spots on TLC plate with minimal sample preparation. It is also available to analyze samples with ESI (Electrospray ionization) method on the JMS-T100LP. |
