| 仕様説明 | フローサイトメーターは細胞の浮遊液や懸濁液を細管に通し、生物学的特徴（細胞数・細胞表面抗原等）を、短時間で多量（1秒間に数千個以上）に測定する装置です。BD LSR Fortessa は4種類のレーザーを搭載し、12カラー同時測定同時解析できる高性能フローサイトメーターです。応用例は、細胞表面マーカー解析、細胞周期、細胞内カルシウム測定、ROS測定、蛍光遺伝子発現解析、ミトコンドリアの膜電位の測定などです。 ー The cell suspension sample discharged via the micronozzle is irradiated with a laser beam. The resulting forwardly scattered light, laterally scattered light and fluorescence are each detected as an electric signal by the detector and analyzed for light intensity. |
