Kindai University hosted a symposium on human resources development in the macufacturing sector.
In the symposium, Japan's Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Hiroshige Seko showed his expectation that manufacturing techniques of small and medium-sized enterprises in Osaka will be combined with science and technology in Russia.
