Recently Kinki university as well as others around the country have begun offering the game of Go as elective classes. Go is a game that has been popular in Japan for generation, and it exercises the mind by forcing the players to adaptively respond to changes throughout the game. The amount of people who play Go has been gradually dwindling in recent years with the rapidly aging society.
