After a case where a defendant has sued the government over his experience of being escorted in handcuffs and a waist rope, Prof. Norio Tsujimoto from Kindai University Faculty of Law has made a comment on that, mentioning the importance of consideration for human rights and the principle of the presumption of innocence.
